This gorgeous collection is created by artist Luke Brohman - inspired by the elemental forces that move and shape our world.
Luke Brohman is a mixed media artist from Meanjin/Brisbane who brings his love of the mythic beauty of the world to this series of element-themed layered art. Luke credits much of his skill to years of dedicated practice, as well as training in the multi-disciplinary art of animation. He now teaches animation to students in Griffith University’s award-winning Bachelor of Animation program.
From sketch, to screen, to cutting, painting, and framing - Luke has hand-crafted these pieces with love and care, and the end product is a visually stunning and attention-grabbing piece of art that will bring life and vitality into any space.
“Sensor” - this gorgeous piece is sensual, flowing, dancing like the trails of smoke that rise from a incense. With a smokey dark blue of a night sky occluding the bright pop of warm yellows, oranges and reds.
“Clouds” - inspired by the soft fluffy clouds that dominate skies and carry you away on daydreams. This layered art is coloured with bright bold colours of sunset - purples, pinks and yellows against a pop of blue.
